As our Business Development Executive, your role will be to support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company as well as ensure the company performs real estate activities in compliance with federal and state regulations as they relate to the real estate industry while meeting its business objectives.

Identify land development opportunities by creating database, researching the development potential and financial and due diligence needs, evaluating and generating feasibility of the business leads, and designing a target achievement strategy to explore the full potential of assigned.

Identify/ develop relationships and network with land agents, architects, liaison consultants, government agencies, local bodies and stakeholders.

Assist to ensure the company/ development policies, operation and procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirement and government policy.

Monitor, analyse and report on developing trends and changes in applicable real estate related policies and regulation and its impacts towards the company. Assist management with the implementation of regulatory changes.

Prepare, deliver, compile, and maintain all/ complete documentation and records required for compliance in order to satisfy the reviews and for effective implementation thereafter.

Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.

Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professional/ specialist and to ensure project objectives met.

Assist to procurement, negotiation with Consultants/ Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendation to Manager.

Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/ outsource project assignment including project planning, budget and etc.

Assist and work closely with Manager and Division Manager of organization to understand and contribute to their functional development requirement in a project.

Proven ability to drive business growth and reach targets.

Excellent communication, and negotiation skills; Below 48 years old; Chinese

Bachelor ‘s Degree in Real Estate, Finance Management or a related field which provides a strong foundation for the successful performance of the duties in this job description.

Have effective communication (written and oral) skills to adequately convey reports, findings etc related to job function.

Detail oriented, analytical, result-driven and computer literate.

Willing to travel within northern and southern regions in Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
