Executive Secretary to Director

Manage the Director's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials and minutes.
- Assist in drafting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
- Perform various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Conduct thorough research and compile information as required.
- To travel with the Director and his team for Regional Meetings or branch visits (if any)
- Organizing internal events, if required.
- Provide general support to the executive team.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently.
- Demonstrate discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
