1. To identify, develop and onboarding potential clients, approach potential clients either by virtual or in person approach, to maintain client relationship and preparing and delivering pitches and presentation to potential clients.

2. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solution to their problem, develop rapport with client’s person in charge, ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up and prepare proposal and Letter of Agreement for client and Bbuddy.

3. To ensure all the client adhere to payment term as per agreement and to monitor invoices process and ensure the invoices in order.

4.To assist Head Unit attended complaint and close within below SLA

5.To assist monitor Bbuddy performance and to guarantee that BBuddy perform up to standards and meet SLAs as per client agreements.

6.To assist conduct a briefing for BBuddy on company product knowledge to ensure the accuracy of the information they provide.

7. Support HOD and teammates in clerical duties that involves assisting the Head of Department (HOD) and other team members with administrative tasks and paperwork.

8.To ensure submit the report to the HOD every month.

9. Perform any job assigned by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
