HR Admin Assistant

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
2. Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
5. Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
6. Maintains human resource information records and compiles reports.
7. Responsible in administrative matters.
8. HR administration such as check in for new employees and check out for resigned employees, including record of staff leave records as well as registering and deregistering of insurance.
9. Process and prepare documentation for payment of utilities bills (electricity, water, sewerage, rent assessment, etc) on a timely manner.
10. Administer and monitor company vehicle fleets including maintenance and repair.
11. Prepare documentation for payment of road tax, inspection, licenses, insurance, hire purchase etc on timely manner.
12. Petrol, toll and mobile cards management and record.
13. Administer, control and maintain office purchases including procure, store and distribute office stationeries and other items upon request.
14. Manages stock control, conducting periodical stock check, ensures that inventory records are accurate.
15. Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant HR Admin experience.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and multi-tasking.
- Well versed with local Employment Act and Statutory guidelines

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
