Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To effectively carry out the duties of customer service personnel to achieve total customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.
- Process customer orders, sales processing, goods exchange/refund duties, and payment collection.
- Help members/customers inquiries and feedback with swift response in professional and effective manner.
- To understand company Marketing Plan, Policy & Procedures, Distributors’ Code of Conduct, Business Manual, and Products Information to facilitate following areas: (1) General Inquiries, (2) Problem Solving, (3) The scope of the tasks covers products, distributors bonus, marketing, and campaign, etc.
- Compile and maintain customer records by updating the member account database information.
- Assist in Daily Sales Report, Daily Inventory Report, and any ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing customer service and excellent support to our valued customers and distributors.
- To assist in other activities/functions organized by company.
- To manage and maintain an effective recording and filing system.
- To attend necessary training and discussion session to improve product knowledge and provide new ideas to enhance department workflow/procedure.
- Involves packaging/handling shipped goods/inventory control.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Customer Service in MLM or Direct Selling is an added advantage.
- Good in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT.
- Fluent in Mandarina, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
