Human Resources Business Partner

At Volvo Malaysia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

- Provide centralized People & Culture related administrative support to line managers across all TD/BA/GF within Volvo Group Malaysia.
- Champion all areas within People & Culture spectrum to all TD/BA/GF within Volvo Group Malaysia.

**Who are you?**

- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Have formal training in leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Have 5 to 8 years of experience in various HR roles, preferably in multinational companies.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Approach tasks with a methodical and practical mindset.
- Share Volvo's values, Code of Conduct, and high ethical standards.
- Excel in taking initiatives, influencing others, understanding the link between HR and business, managing costs, making fair judgments, prioritizing people, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Be results-oriented and proactive.
- Have a good understanding of Malaysia's Labor Law.
- Be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
