Assistant Manager, Payroll

Performs all file maintenance of the payroll system
- Reviews monthly benefit billing statements from to ensure correct deductions are being made for all employees paid benefits.
- Maintains a complete file of data processing records and reports for payroll.
- Enters all payroll information and assists in the workers compensation payroll audit.
- Responsible for all in-house payroll, and tax related tasks, reports, and queries.
- Coordinate and organise all statutory payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS etc)
- Ensure integrity, confidentiality and accuracy of employee data in Workday.
- Review benefit to ensure we stay competitive in the market.
- Handle and process full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA From and filling of Form E to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain employee payroll information by entering and updating relevant data which includes new joiners, resignations, transfers, increments, promotions and etc.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Minimum 2 Year(s) of related working experience, particularly in payroll processing
- A good team player, detailed, self-initiative, and a good sense of urgency to handle daily matters.
- Possess a positive attitude, and ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Able to multi-tasking, and work independently with good organizational skills.
- Interpersonal savvy, able to build a good relationship with internal staff and external parties.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Good time management and communication skills (verbal & written).
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
