**The job**
Reporting to and work closely with the senior HR Manager of the Group, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the Manager, your main job duty will be managing payroll activities comprising over 2000 staff.
You will also assist and support in administering and coordinating HR services,including developing policies and programs covering employment,compensation and benefits administration.
Responsible for the general spectrum of HR, including payroll,matters relating to staff discipline,grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare.
**Requirements**:
Working experience related to HR portfolio with a strong background in end-to-end payroll, preferably in property and/or construction.
Proficient in Kaizen payroll system will be ideal.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin.
To be successful in this role, you must be someone who can work under pressure, flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business with supervisory role in previous employment.
