Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**
- To support the operations of Procurement and Logistics Department.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and align procurement activities with production schedules, and implement inventory control measures.
- Manage material planning and inventory control to avoid shortages and excess stock.
- Source, negotiate and procure materials from both local and oversea vendors, and follow-up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedules.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specification.
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best process, ensuring adherence to the organization requirements and expectations.
- Implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure the timely availability of required materials.
- Support logistics and shipment activities for incoming and outgoing finished goods.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials and products.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
- Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by superior as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Possess educational qualification of Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suites
- Good command of English, Bahasa, and Mandarin, both in spoken and written.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
