Customer Service Coordinator

**Job description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE**:
**Procurement and Filing**:
- Assisting on the data sales entry.
- To properly filling all the documentations.
- Order processing (Preparing & monitoring the sales order, proforma invoice, invoice
before issuing to customer).
- Responsible for E-Perolehan system in terms of quotation, purchase order & tender
(Lampiran Q), Delivery Order & Invoice.
- Provide support to sales representatives while they are on outstation.
- Execute any ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.
- To execute lead by Sales Representative/ Sales and Marketing team.
**Effective management and customer relations**:
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams regarding the complaints.
- Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys according to company protocols and compiling relevant data and reports.
- Compiling vital weekly and monthly reports to track sales progress.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years working experience, preferable with working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Must possess own transport. (Valid driving license)
- Full-time position available.
**Knowledge / Experience / Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong command in both spoken and
written forms. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered advantage.
- Good interpersonal selling skill as well as presentation skills
- Able to handle and work under pressure
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), is a
- Knowledge or certification in medical device sales, healthcare or related areas may be preferred.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
