Customer Service Representative

We are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in PJ, Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.
As we continue to expand, we require talented individuals to provide unrivalled support to clients as Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries and obtain customer information in a timely manner through calls, emails, social media and other contact tools.
- Resolve Complaints Effectively: Achieve high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Record and Submit Feedback: Utilize the internal system to record and submit customer feedback according to established SOPs.
- Deliver Exceptional Services: Provide VIP services to major customers, maintain customer relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English and Malay.
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO will be an added advantage.
- A customer-centric mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in office software and computer operation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure.
