**Requirements**:
- Have good and effecve communicaon skills so as to be able to pass ideas to kitchen staff and also understand what customers want.
- Good organisaon and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multask and coordinate acvies in pressing situaons.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a chef.
- Diploma in culinary art.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strictly follow and adhere to the budget of the company by ensuring supplies and/or orders are in line with the budget.
- Able to cook varieties of cuisine.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on me.
- Create new methods and recipes in preparation of meals.
- Ensure kitchen safety measures are met and cleanliness are carried out properly.
- Maintain a work schedule for kitchen staff.
- Ordering of raw material.
- Monitor and maintain stock level.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled according to company policy
