Assistant Human Resource Manager

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hotel.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**:Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and industry standards.
Provide guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
- **Employee Relations**:Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- **Training and Development**:Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hotel staff.
Work with department managers to identify training needs.
- **Performance Management**:Assist in the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- **Benefits Administration**:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- **Legal Compliance**:Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
Ensure the hotel's compliance with legal requirements related to employment.
- **Employee Records and Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, such as contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- **Conflict Resolution**:Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
Implement strategies to improve communication and teamwork.
- **Health and Safety**:Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Participate in safety training and emergency response planning.
- **Employee Recognition**:Implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
