Set up and manage booths at local artisan markets and events to showcase our products and services.
- Engage with potential customers in person, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value of our embroidery services.
- Assist outlet artisans in closing sales, providing guidance on product features, customization options, and pricing.
- Conduct live sales sessions through various platforms, showcasing embroidery products and interacting with online audiences.
- Utilize engaging content and effective communication to drive sales during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote upcoming live sales events and create anticipation among online followers.
- Convert marketing-generated leads into customers through effective online sales strategies.
- Utilize online platforms and tools to streamline the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.>Educate clients on the benefits of our embroidery services, customization options, and product features.
- Create educational materials and resources to share with clients, enhancing their understanding of the value our services bring.
