We are seeking a diligent and organized Event Administrator to support our event management team. The Event Administrator will be responsible for managing event documents, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the smooth execution of all event-related tasks. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our event planning process.
- **Role Description**_
- Document Management :_
- Maintain an organized system for storing and managing event documents, including contracts, permits, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed in a timely manner.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading event-related documents, such as agendas, invitations, and presentations.
- Administrative Support :_
- Provide administrative assistance to the event management team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and distributing event materials, such as name badges, signage, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange deliveries and shipments for event-related items.
- Communication :_
- Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on document status and any outstanding tasks.
- On-Site Assistance :_
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, as needed.
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration desks, directing attendees, and addressing any last-minute issues.
- Record Keeping :_
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and summaries for review.
- **Qualifications**_
- High school diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor's degree preferred ).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess own transport.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
