**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Study and evaluate operations and suggest improvement to the FOM / AFOM.
- Responsible for the effective control and maintenance of the room inventory so that room sales and occupancy are maximized.
- Provide training and evaluate performance of subordinates.
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates.
- Assist subordinates as and when required.
- Plan monthly roster.
- Attend Front Office meeting, Sales and Credit meetings.
- Maintain good working relationship with staff from other department, especially Sales and Marketing department.
- Familiar with hotel policies and regulations and enforce them.
- Prepare monthly rooms forecast.
- Prepare a group chart for all current and future room bookings.
