1. Answer phone calls and attend to guests' requests to book rooms or events at the hotel.

2. Making reservations for guests' based on the various requirement.

3. Checking the availability of rooms.

4. Processing payments and sending reference details to guests.

5. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

6. Selling and promoting reservation services.

7. Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.

8. Providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)
