Checking the availability of rooms. 4. Processing payments and sending reference details to guests. 5. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. 6. Selling and promoting reservation services. 7. Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process. 8. Providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
