The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Plan and monitor daily warehouse inbound/outbound operations
- Manage operation performance including attendance, work schedule, KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Track and share the progress of the shipment to sales and order in time, and coordinate anomalies with strategic partners
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual summary report work
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
- Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
- Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organised through regular inspection
- Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
- Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma qualifications in any field of study
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience or internship
- Prior experience in warehouse and logistic industry is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport
