**Responsibilities**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to all operators booking
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments in PMS system
- Inform customers about payment methods and input credit card pre-authorisation into PMS system
- Provide information such as room amenities and floor facilities about our service suites to guests upon check in
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with operators housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Assign room and perform room swap when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Job open to Malaysia and Malaysia Permanent Resident
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Chinese speaking or other language will be an advantage
- Experience in Front Office operation will be an advantage
- Experience in using PMS system will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
