Oversee the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to supervision of the staff; performance appraisals, resources planning and others.
- Monitor the progress of payroll and ensure it meet the deadline of government statutory.
- Focus on branch recruitment and ensure headcount requirements at branch levels are met.
- Responsible for yearly manpower planning & budget costing for manpower.
- Administer the company policy and benefit program from time to time in competitive toward market.
- Coordinate training with internal & external trainer to educate company’s staff.
- Review the report of wages survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Review on company’s staff progress report to Management such as Absenteeism and Turnover cases.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.
- Develop human resources program and processes to identify and address competency, knowledge, and talent gaps through needs analysis as well as identifying trends.
- Continually assesses the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets.
- Partner in implementing Talent management initiatives include talent reviews, succession planning, career management, performance management and recruiting; ensuring that the reward structures truly reward and recognize high performance as well as innovation and creativity.
- To perform any additional assignment and provide support to the management at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 5 to 8 years of working experience in a senior Human Resources position.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Possess excellent leadership qualities.
- Excellent in planning & organizing skill towards a large group
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork personality & able to cooperate with a group.
- Well versed with Malaysia Employment Act, EPF, Socso, EIS & Income Tax.
- Experience in arranging for appropriate internal or external training program (Training & Development).
- Experience in dealing with Immigration Department such as Working Permit, Expatriate & others.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
