Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Assist all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems and ISO audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process insurance or SOCSO claims for employee;
- Monitor staff movement, transfer, promotion, resignation, etc to ensure the employee records are always up-to-date.
- Responsible for the issuance of HR-related correspondences such as Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Bank Account Opening Lattes, etc.
- Verify month staff claims and handling employee reimbursement
- Assist in company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Company Anniversary, etc.
- Any other assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration / Business Studies or equivalent.
- **Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply**:

- Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
- Communicate in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is prefereable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
