Sales Executive, International Business

**Responsibilities**:
- He/She will be responsible for handling telecom-related accounts
- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Coordinate with the vendor in terms of legalities and technical solutions
- Coordinate with other sales members and engineering and provide a technical solution
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the Sales Department, Service Delivery Department, and Finance Department
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
- Maintain relationships with partners by providing support and solutions to their requirements
- Participate on behalf of the company on tenders and large RFPs from the carrier business
- Identity product improvements or new products by remaining current trends, market activities, and competitors
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team
- Attend conferences, both local and international
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Reports to Head of International Business
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business or any equivalent field

What we are looking for:
- 2 years working experience in Sales (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Ready to work after office hours, on weekends, public holidays if required
- Outgoing and fun personality
- Have knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Team player person & willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skills
- Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision
- Strong communication & customer management skills
- Competency in English, Tagalog (preferred), Vietnamese (preferred), Thai (preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
