**ASST MANAGER, SERVICE DESK OPERATION - OFFICE HOUR/IMMEDIATE HIRING**
- Location: 3300, Lingkaran Usahawan 1 Timur, Cyberjaya, 63000, Cyberjaya, Selangor
- Basic Salary: RM 3,100 (fixed salary) + RM 100 (shift allowance) + OT (if needed)
- Can start immediately: May 2024
- Working Hour: 2 working shift (8.00am-4.30pm/2.00pm - 10.30pm)
- Working Days: 5 working days, 2 off days (rotational off days)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum degree holder above in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferable with 1 year experience in related field.
- To organize, coordinate, operate and control the IT Service Desk Operation and IT Request Management activities in accordance to standard best practices in order to provide efficient, reliable and high-quality services to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- High professionalism, commitment and passion to go extra miles.
- Commitment to comply with information security procedure.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Communication skill, stress management and customer oriented.
- Training will be provided; fast learner
- Malaysian only with Age limit : official 20 - 38 years old
- Able to start work immediately - May 2024

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Responsible to execute, monitor and ensure all users’ tickets are received, recorded, 1st level troubleshooting and or channel to respective support group in providing required IT support and services.
- Responsible to maintain, support and ensure the availability and response time performance of the IT Service Desk within acceptable level.
- Responsible to execute, manage, control and enforce procedures and process flow in IT Service desk to ensure escalation process, policy and procedures are followed.
- Responsible to classify, record, analyze & escalate all IT related request to relevant support group within a standard time frame or Service Level Agreement.
- To control and ensure all request are channel to respective support group or expert in providing required IT consultation, system or IT infrastructure.
- Responsible to provide functional and technical support for the system delivered into Production.
- To assist, support and coordinate the implementation and certification/assessment of audit within Business & Service.
- To implement the information security activities (ISMS) in term of confidentiality, integrity and availability within GITD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 per month
