- 在必要时与仓库团队协调计划中的订单以及库存的交付/接收状态。
- 与各部门的员工沟通并支持有关行政请求/任务的需求。
- 协助一般行政职能和临时任务。
- 对潜在产品、供应商和服务进行研究,比较价格和质量以确保达成最佳交易。
- 监控库存以进行补货。
- 更新所有已购买产品的记录。
- 确保所有库存被适当包装并及时交付到正确的位置。
- 与采购职能的其他人密切合作,审查持续改进和业务改进的机会。
- 标准化产品尺寸制造商图纸。
- To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.
- To perform day to day purchasing tasks.
- To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.
- To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.
- To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.
- To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.
- Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
- Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
- Standardize product dimension manufacturer drawings.
