Admin Manager

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Oversee office administration and management functions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional by coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Ensure sufficient availability of workstations, office supplies/stationery, and equipment such as computers and telephones for the department.
- Manage office operations, including maintenance, vendor sourcing, negotiation of discounts, and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Maintain and comply with ISO 9001 requirements for related documents and correspondences.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the director or other departments.
- Monitor and handle company licensing, permit, and contract renewal matters, such as MOF and MPSJ renewals and vendor registrations.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and teamwork.
- Possessed strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport, able to be traveling.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
