Business Development Executive

**Tasks required**:

- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate and source out leads through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-4 years of proven work experience as a Sales account manager or
- Sales account executive.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Prior experience in generating leads and using lead generation platforms.
- Background working with clients in the IT consulting niche or IT Industry is a
- huge advantage. Preferably clients based in Singapore.
- Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written.
- Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
