Contract Administration Assistant

Bangsar, Malaysia RGA Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Save and record statement & data received from client within a timeline.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recording statement.
- Perform checking on OFAC daily log within a timeline.
- Prepare manual reformat data file if it is required.
- Perform checking and waive on potential OFAC hits in PRIME within a timeline.
- Support on any adhoc request and project from business analyst or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or university degree in administration, business administration, accounting or other related disciplines
- A good team player who can also work on own initiative
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, time management, target driven and problem-solving skills
- Ability to cope with multi tasks at the same time, work under pressure and prioritize them based on team's goal
- A positive attitude in dealing with people and different types of tasks

**Specific Requirements**
- Access and Excel skill
- Be able to handle basic English communication in own field
- Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn
- Excellent time management and attention to details.
