In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic business decisions for internal stakeholders by providing data analysis and managing insights to identify opportunities that will optimize business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and developing business analytics using BEx data to support key commercial strategies and decision making in regards to resource optimization, customer targeting, KPI target setting, and sales forecasts.
- Developing and maintaining BI visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI and Power Query.
- Leveraging on available data sources to evaluate performance, opportunities, and gaps to improve sales force productivity.
- Closely collaborating with other systems/process owners (CRM, SDM and Digital Channel) to ensure optimization of Sales Excellence.
- Drive active usage of customer relationship management programs to monitor interactions with existing and future clients.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Statistics, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and market/customer trend coprehension.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and Power Automate systems.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and ability to synthesize information and data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with numbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
