**Description**:
We are looking for someone who can grow our chain retail pharmacy and health and beauty retailer's sales volumes in line with channel objectives.

**Implementation Planning**:
Liaison with internal stakeholders to agree customer priorities and targets
Develop strong collaborative relationship with customers and understand KPI's
Set & agree objectives, investment levels & priorities for the Key Accounts

Develop & execute customer strategy and plans, including

Customer hierarchy of needs & specific customer requirements
Detailed tactical plans and customer activity programmes

Implementation

Develop relevant and attractive commercial propositions for the customer, based on a category growth perspective and integrating the relevant shopper knowledge and customer viewpoint.
Practice structured commercial selling techniques
Ensure trade awareness of PAC Brands Value Proposition
Develop, negotiate & agree trading term agreements with customer (where appropriate)
Identify and execute business development opportunities across the PAC brands portfolio with the customer
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Monitor, analyse and report on overall customer performance - integrate key learnings into future customer plans and provide forecasts for the customer

Budget Control

Manage trade expenditure within agreed budgets and reach business profitability targets

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree / Post graduate diploma / Professional Degree in related fields
- At least 3 years' experience in Account Management / Sales or Retail
- Mandarin / Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysian speaking
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong influencing abilities
- Creative and Innovative
