Admin Billing

Responsibilities:
- Input delivery information in system.
- Handle enquiry pertaining to Sales Order.
- Responsible for the management of incoming stocks, issuing and dispatching stock.
- Ensure the accuracy of Sales Order's fulfillment.
- Liaise with the warehouse team and ensuring that Sales Orders are dispatched on time.
- Performing all other duties, activities, and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
