**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Banking Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for

our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, answer

inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
in-person, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.
- To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide

customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals.
- To efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and

retention.
- To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining

confidentiality and data security.
- To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security

of customer accounts and transactions.
- To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and

provide seamless support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
