Inbound Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via phone calls, emails, mails, faxes, and social media.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating them to the respective unit or Customer Feedback Center when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge for Allianz Life and General Insurance.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information according to data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- A degree in any field and at least one year of experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking are also required.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are expected.
