**Position Overview**:
Mont Royale College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our administrative team. The Administrative Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions within the college. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the college.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of college events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics coordination, guest invitations, and on-site support.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the college database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses as needed.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution, adhering to college guidelines and standards.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing, collaborating with the finance department as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
