**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**

To assist Head of Unit in daily Task and administrative matters

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- To prepare all staff leave report for submission of monthly report to Head of Unit and Executives Airside Operations
- To ensure that all documents, letters are filed properly in accordance to the standard established ISO and proper documentation for audits (IMS & DCA)
- To prepare all Airside Safety Division letter or memo and dissemination of information pertaining to Airside Safety Division
- To set up a committee to review documentation such as SOP, Aerodrome Manual and other audited documentation
- To assist and ensure submission and utilization of budget are met yearly
- To assist development and maintain Safety Management System In Airside, KLIA
- To prepare overtime claims and ensure they are certified by Airside Manager before submitting to HR
- To record all inventory movements
- To ensure that all staff records are updated and filed properly for reference
- To ensure office peripherals are in good condition and to report any discrepancies to relevant department
- To ensure that all TRS are in good condition for daily operations and to immediately send for repair of any TRS malfunction
- To perform any instructions as instructed by Executive or Manager

- Possess computer skills (Well versed with Microsoft office

**Relevant Industries**:

- Diploma holder with relevant working experience
- HSC/STPM holder with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- MCE/SPM holder with:

- Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
- English - Pass
- Mathematics - Pass
- and minimum of 7 years relevant working experience

**External**
- Diploma holder with relevant working experience

**Education**:
**Internal**
- Diploma in any discipline
- HSC / STPM or equivalent
- MCE / SPM or equivalent

**External**
- Diploma in any discipline
