**Call Centre Agent Overview**:
You'll have the opportunity to interact with customers from different parts of the world and provide them with an outstanding customer experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying customer needs
- Researching customer problems
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call centre database
- And meeting targets in terms of quality of conversations

**Your Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma in any discipline
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Background or interest in a BPO, Customer Service preferred.
- Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport.
- Multitasking and computer navigation abilities
- Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide top tier service while resolving the issue before ending the call.
- Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver superior service.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (rotational shift, and/or weekends, and/or night shift)
- Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia
