**Job description**:
1. Attend meetings with the Chairman.

2. Run errands as instructed by the Chairman.

3. Coordinate events and speaking engagements.

5. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.

6. Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

7. To perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Chairman.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience as top management’s PA.

3. Ethical behaviour.

4. Able to speak Mandarin.

5. Willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
