Guest Service Executive

You will be the first point of contact of our business. A great smile and a cheerful presence is a must. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position. Responsibilities Greeting guests as they enter and exit the premises Manage transactions with guest using cash or credit card transactions Redeem stamps and coupons as well as our vouchers Cross-sell our products and introduce new ones Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies Requirements Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards Basic PC knowledge Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented SPM or Diploma
