Sales Admin Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Prepare relevant sales reports which is assigned by superior.
- Prepare customer quotation, answer queries.
- Prepare and coordinate with project cost sheet.
- Generate monthly sales reports which is assigned by superior.
- Update sales and customer records.
- Handle all the relevant administrative works.
- Handle the customers outstanding and issue as well as feedback.
- Assist to improve customers experience.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresh graduate or 1+ years of experience as office administrator or other sales administrative role.
- Able to multitasking skills and outstanding organizational.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
