**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for import / export customer services
- Coordinate with shipper/agent/carrier & related parties to follow up documentation arrangement
- Create booking & forward to customer
- Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc)
- Manage & monitor daily shipment activities
- Follow-up deliveries and launch corrective actions in case of transportation issue
- Arrange haulage & prepare invoice
- Act as a backup for Customer Service Department in the absence of team member(s)
- Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least more than 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good planning skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
