We are currently seeking a skilled HR Administrator for our client in the luxury fashion industry.
- Office admin support (e.g., office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment)
- Liaison for office audits and office space related matters
- Coordinate onsite and offsite office meetings and social events
- Updating employee personnel file (online & offline)
- People Operation for all SEA (Malaysia & Singapore) employee lifecycle (e.g., promotion letters, relocation contracts, addendums)
- Contact point for all Malaysia government related reporting/audit
- Ability to multi-task effectively and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate and influence with both internal and external key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Pro-active problem solver and superior follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
