Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- HR Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting evaluations, and assisting in goal-setting.
- Training and Development:

- Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
- Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Benefits Administration:

- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with external vendors to administer benefits programs effectively.

Qualifications:

- Must Required an Chinese Speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
