Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for Managing Director.
- Make travel arrangements and handling for Visa.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Devise and maintain office filling system.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as per required by the Managing Director.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Office Management / Business Development / Secretarial.
- Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Extensive experience in creating documents using MS Office.
- Possess own driving license.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
