Finance Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of finance and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payables and payroll management.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
**; Requirements: - Responsibilities**:
- Daily bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables functions, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices/receipts/payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and maintaining organised financial records.
- Liaise with clients regarding payment matters, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and handle staff claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Positive work attitude, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting Software.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
