**How will you make an impact in this role?**

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-task and efficiently navigate through multiple systems
- Understand all relevant Risk, Compliance and Fraud criteria and ensure the adherence with
- Providing an exception level of customer service through telephone contact with customers

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- University graduates or 1-2 years customer service working experience or related areas

**Preferred skills**
- An open, flexible, and team-oriented personality
- Fluency in Cantonese and reading Chinese are positive advantage for this position
