Administration and Operation(Sandhurst)

**Responsibilities**:
- This role will take care the Administration and Operation for all training business.
- The main scope of responsibility is list as below.- Provide Administrative support to various trainer to develop the Training program brochures, forms.
- Coordinate with various government agencies like HRDC, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SEDA, etc in getting various type of required licenses or approval for the training business
- Support the marketing activities to promote the published training program
- Perform general administration task (examples: Issue invoices and collect payment from trainees, pay bills, logistic support for training program).
This role will also entitle special bonus on successfully organized training sessions, and trainings sales target.Key Skill set:
- Well versed in using MS Words, Excel & PowerPoints.
- Good Command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both in speaking and writing
- Familiar in Social Media content creation will be an advantage
- Experience / Remunerations
- 1 to 2 years working experience in General Administration, Clerical support functions or event management.
- Fresh graduation is welcome too.**Benefits**:
