Administrative tasks to include but not limited to: - Update term timetables - Purchasing goods and equipment as required - Stock management for the centre - Keep all noticeboards organized and up to date - Produce class register files every term - Making class changes as needed - Support student registration - Liaison between teaching staff and students - Order teaching materials for both students and teachers - Manage, schedule and arrange training for new full and part-time staff Registration related support responsibilities: - Create and manage student reports and certificates - Enroll clients, take payments and manage refunds - Communicate the programme offerings at DLC - Any other duties or projects in support of DLC’s operations - Attendance at regular professional development, training and skills programmes as required - Respond to all staff and client queries in a professional and timely manner - Dress modestly and in a professional manner - Maintain standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre and Dynamic Kids - Able to work on Saturday & Sunday
Dynamic Language Centre was established on the principles of quality, commitment, and innovation with an objective to become Malaysia’s foremost private language centre. It is managed by a private limited company that is joint Malaysian-American and registered in 1999 with the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia (No 480440-V). Language courses in Malay, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean were approved by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia (PZ1D-003) on 28th February 2000. Dynamic Kids began in 2012. Since then we have been delivering courses to hundreds of students who have studied at our language centre.
