**Job Description**:

- Evaluate and prioritize tasks in hand, handle and multitask to complete tasks within budget and time.
- Provide support to SAP modules (FICO / MM / SD) and implementation of projects and produce well-structured documentation/regular updates to existing documentation
- Works closely with all other IT management personnel in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing specific information technologies that support the business plans and IT strategies for that Business Units/Region

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5years of relevant experience in IT support services within a similar sized multi-national organisation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related disciplinein SAP-(Financials and Controlling, Material Management, Sales and Distribution)
- Understanding of SAP(FICO / MM / SD)and experience in performing full cycle of system configuration and providing support onthese SAP modules.
- Experience working in a fast paced and challenging environment, demonstrating capacity management skills and supporting SAP platforms highly desirable especially in (Financials and Controlling, Material Management, Sales and Distribution).
- Experience in SDLCand ITIL best practice and strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation and Word skills
