**About the Team**
Our FIS Capital Markets Sales Team focuses on providing valuable solutions for the sell-side market. We offer a wide range of solutions to insurance companies and are dedicated to growth and innovation.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will use your expertise in the insurance industry to sell FIS solutions and collaborate with a team focused on the insurance vertical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Positioning and selling solutions and services to insurance institutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new accounts
- Identifying and contacting prospective customers
- Demonstrating knowledge of the sell-side industry and competitive solutions
- Building and maintaining a new revenue pipeline
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Assisting in the development of sales tactics and strategies
- Meeting or exceeding sales quota goals
- Collaborating with other teams within the company
- Sharing your industry expertise through panel discussions
- Identifying key FIS solutions for the insurance market
**What You Bring**
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and technology
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Understanding of FIS products and services
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with all levels of management
- Prior experience using professional social media tools for prospecting
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel required
