Maintain and update administration-related data records. Also includes management of day-to-day mails, monitoring incoming watsapp messages from sales team, ordering of transport for deliveries. Managing telephone enquiries, receiving deliveries of goods from vendors and ensuring proper records. Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel/Word Document to churn out material orders such as Purchase Orders, Payment Vouchers, Delivery Orders & generate Tax Invoices. Other general administration-related duties eg, collation of data, filing of documents, printing and statistics tabulation, stock take, and labelling of stickers, etc. Consolidation of staffs’ daily punch cards for accounts/book keeper, keeping track of staffs annual leave, assist in renewal/montoring of foreign workers’ work permits. Monitoring company’s insurance policies (factories & workers). Must know Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word Doc)
